The
Kenya Swiss Society
The
Kenya Swiss Society is an
independent non-profit organization
created to achieve the following
goals:
1.
To sincerely and whole-heartedly
work for the unity of all Kenyans on
a non-racial, tribal, religious,
sectarian, communal or political
basis.
2.
To provide and promote social
contact and interaction amongst
people of Kenyan descendency and
friends of Kenya in Switzerland.
3.
To work closely and diligently for
the social, educational, cultural
and economical welfare of its
members and their families in
Switzerland.
4.
To encourage and support cultural
activities including arts, sports,
music and crafts for its members.
5.
To actively encourage and work for
social interaction between people of
Kenyan descendency and people of
Switzerland in order to strengthen
understanding between Kenyan people
and the people of Switzerland.
6.
To provide facilities for the
promotion of Kenya in Switzerland
7.
To assist in the provision of social
or legal counsel and assistance to
any Kenyan who may, at any time, in
any type of problem need it.
8.
To facilitate or provide a forum for
professional interaction between our
society and others for qualified
enhancement of services to our
members.
Membership
Membership is open to all people of Kenyan decendency and
anyone who considers himself/herself
a friend of
Kenya provided he/she is resident in
Switzerland.
